Enter the Name Request Number for the request that was rejected

An extraprovincial company must submit a Name Approval Request for the name they are using in their home jurisdiction. If that name is rejected, you will be allowed to apply for an assumed name.
An assumed name is a name that is adopted by the extraprovincial company for use in BC. You can submit up to three name choices for your assumed name.

A name reservation is not required if the foreign entity is a federal corporation.
