Enter Name Request Number

Once your request is submitted, you can find out if it has been processed and what the results are by selecting "View the status of your Name Approval Request" from the main menu.  You must enter your Name Request Number and, either, the Applicant Phone Number or Notification Email Address.  The Name Request Number can be found at the top of your receipt.

BC OnLine users can find out if the name request number has been processed and what the results are by selecting "View the status of your Name Approval Request" from the main menu and entering the Name Request Number.  The Name Request Number can be found at the top of the receipt.

BC Online users have the option of searching for a Name Approval Request using on of the following three methods:

1. 1. Search all requests submitted by you within a particular timeframe; or

   2. Search by client name; or

   3. Search by entering one of the name choices.

When the search results are displayed, select a name request from the list to view its status.
