View the status of your Name Approval Request

In addition to viewing the status of your request, you can also perform some functions depending on the current status.

• Select View Details to view your Name Approval Request.  This will include the results if the request has been processed.

If the status is:  NOT YET PROCESSED

• Select Change Request: you are allowed to change any of the details on your request before it is processed

• Select Cancel Request: you can cancel a request before it is processed.  View the refund policy.

• Select Upgrade to priority service: you will have to pay the additional $100 fee and your request will be processed within one business day.  Find out more about priority service.

If the status is: PROCESSED

• Select Re-send Results: if an email address was provided in the original request, the results will be re-sent to that email address.  Otherwise, the results will be sent to the mailing address provided.

• BC Online users may select Re-submit Request if the expiry date is in the future, or less than 30 days in the past.  This will save data entry on the new request.
